This privacy policy explains how the Conscripts Selection and Transfers Directorate uses your information in order to process your Electronic Enlistment application for the National Guard.
The Conscripts Selection and Transfers Directorate collects the following information about you from CY Login:
- Full name
- Email address
- Identification number
The Conscripts Selection and Transfers Directorate retrieves the following information about you from Civil Registry:
- Conscripts who are orphans from one parent
- Conscripts whose father is unknown
- Conscripts who are fathers of legally recognized or adopted children
- Conscripts who are children of large (4+ children) or three-child families
The Conscripts Selection and Transfers Directorate collects the following information about you from their own files:
- Residential address
- Telephone number
- Conscripts who are called up at the same time as siblings
- Conscripts with siblings who have completed full service in the National Guard
Why the Conscripts Selection and Transfers Directorate uses your information
The above information is used initially to determine whether you are eligible for the service, and then to accurately complete your application for enlistment in the National Guard, based on your personal information and selections. Your email address will also be used to send you updates regarding the progress of your application.
Without access to the information mentioned above, the Conscripts Selection and Transfers Directorate, cannot process your application.

The information included in your application is securely stored on servers based in Cyprus.
